Empowering Parents, Transforming Schools

I work with schools to enhance parent engagement and improve student outcomes through practical coaching methods.

Build Better Partnerships With Parents

When schools and parents work together, great things can happen! Research from Ofsted and the Department for Education (DfE) shows the benefits of active parental involvement, including better attendance, improved behaviour, and higher academic achievement.

This partnership builds on the hard work that schools do every day. However, not all parents find it easy to get involved in their children's learning.

This is where my coaching makes a real difference, offering parents practical advice and actionable strategies to support their child's education.

How I Can Help Your School

Improved Parental Engagement
Removing Barriers to Engagement
Reduced External Referrals

I teach parents practical strategies to manage their child's behaviour and support their emotional well-being. This empowers parents, leading to greater engagement and closer collaboration with school staff to improve educational outcomes.

I support parents in overcoming barriers to participating in their child’s education and promoting diversity and inclusion. I simplify IEP and EHCP processes for children with special educational needs and provide clear guidance on attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding so parents can work confidently with schools.

Parents receive practical tools for communication, boundary setting, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and self-care. These skills reduce reliance on the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub and other external agencies, building resilience and proactive problem-solving within families

Why Choose Me?

Strengthening the partnership between schools and parents is vital to improving student outcomes, and I bring over 20 years of expertise as a specialist adolescent practitioner to achieve this goal. Having worked closely with secondary schools, Pupil Referral Units, and key staff—including teachers, safeguarding officers, SEN teams, and pastoral workers—I understand the challenges that schools and families face.

In my previous roles, I collaborated with schools to enhance parent engagement and implement behavioral interventions for students with special educational needs, those at risk of exclusion, and families in crisis. This work not only reduced student vulnerability and reliance on external safeguarding services but also improved students' confidence, behavior, and academic success.

In line with Department for Education (DfE) guidelines, I offer bespoke coaching solutions designed to support parents and promote their children’s learning and well-being. Whether addressing special educational needs or managing crises, my approach is tailored to empower parents and foster positive outcomes for students.
